If you look at the downloads you can see a 1993 report and a 2007 report. I happened to find the 1993 report on a blog and read most of it. I am now look into the 2007 report which is very interesting. Living in Richmond, I have seen how the city of Richmond has a very hard time functioning. I can’t imagine how the city would look without VCU here. One of the main problems I see with Richmond is the inability to look forward. We rely on history yet have no vision to the future. There are some very interesting statistics in this report on page 28 and 29.
