This is really interesting stuff. I know Richmond gets a very bad wrap for it’s crime so check it out and see if it is really true. I am originally from a suburb of Richmond before I came to VCU and many times I find myself having to deal with the issue of crime in Richmond. I took a look at my address down here and found some close stuff but nothing scary like I believe Richmond is perceived to be. Granted, at times Richmond has it’s rough spots, but this website can show you how much of it is perceived fear and how much is actual fear.
